Is anyone else having problems searching in the Laserrfiche Help Files? Meaning, that after entering search criteria and hitting Enter or the Search button it just spins and doesn't return any results? Just started Monday May 15.

The Client and Web Access one worked for me. Which one were you using?
Miruna, I was able to get the search to work from Web Access but not from Forms. I then went directly to the LF Support site and went to the Forms link and it worked!
So then I went to the LF Admin 10.2 link and found it had the same issue as accessing from my Forms Help link.
I went down the list on the support site and found that LFDS and Discussions also kept spinning and not returning anything.
Seems those links with the '/administration/#' path seem to be the ones that are not working. see attached

I'm afraid I can't reproduce that here. What browser are you using?
Using IE 11 Version 11.447.14393.0
I do all my testing/work in IE since that is our corporate standard.

It looks like it's not browser specific, it's still working for me in IE11. I asked around and it sounds like there's been some intermittent issues like you described that have proven difficult to reproduce. Thanks for the additional information though, that may help track it down.
OK, so work around is to use Help in one of my modules where Help is working for now?

Roger, had an opportunity to check all the links from support site and via my LF Forms page and all are working once the browser cache was cleared. But interestingly, there were no references to any LF pages in the cache that was deleted. (I had checked there before but didn't delete it at the time because I didn't see any LF pages there. Lesson learned - delete cache first!) Thank you.
