I have a customer that is setting up the graphic resolution of the printing preference in Snapshot configuration to (Medium reso 300*300 dpi) but when they are in a document and they want to use Snapshot the default resolution changes to (Standard Fax).

Shouldn't the setting in Snapshot Properties become the default setting? What can cause the settings to change like that.
