Our operations team wants to use LF forms for their PM inspections. 

The biggest complaint from our pilot test was the poor connectivity in the mechanical rooms. The offline forms in the iOS app appears to address this problem. 

Can forms participant licenses be used with the app?

(I only have full user licenses to test with.)
