We have a relatively new Rio implementation with Forms and Workflows and Business Processes, and some users that are not assigning templates when they Snapshot files into the system. These users will sometimes put data in with no template, and sometimes "Add fields" to the no-template files to insert metadata.

User training is under way, and...

I would like a way to make assigning a template required in Snapshot.
