Forms Process Manager or Workflow

Laserfiche Workflow Forms Licensing How To

Hi!

I'm new to Laserfiche and working on a process, but not sure if it should go into Forms Process Manager or Workflow.

This is what I would like the flow to look like. I'm wondering if the Audiologist and Supervisor should complete a fillable PDF or a Laserfiche form. They currently do not have a user license for Laserfiche, neither do the nurse or supervisor. If the workflow is through Laserfiche Workflow, how would the information get back to the repository from the nurse and supervisor, with applicable attachments?

Based on the flow you provided, you should be able complete all the work inside Forms. For the follow up sheets, can you just convert them to forms?

Thanks for the response. I can create the follow up sheets in forms, but does that mean that the nurse and teachers would need a license when they receive them and mark their information complete? Many of the nurses are not our employees.

Yes, they do need license to be able to fill forms. They can use participant license which is just filling forms.
