I have a workflow instance that went into a Waiting status and it will not complete even when attempting to force completion with a Complete or Terminate command.   The workflow is hung on an email task.
I did reference the answers document:  here but it is a bit dated and I am still at a loss.

The workflow I ran was supposed to be a "simple?" proof of concept trying to manipulate a multi value token that I would like to incorporate into a larger forms/workflow process to help simplify creating a multi page pdf form.

Is there any other way to terminate this workflow other than issuing a terminate command which is not working?
