One of our client has purchased extra users owing to which we will have to update their current Laserfiche Avante 10.2 installation to RIO 10.2. Is there any step by step process that we have to follow? I am planning to follow these steps, just wanted to confirm.

1. Install LFDS
2. Generate Licenses using master key
3. Register applications
4. Generate and replace lic files

Further, any information that can be shared regarding the following would be absolute gold.

1. What about the current users/groups set up with in laseerfiche admin console (Windows users)?
2. Do we need to manually set them up in LFDS?
3. Do we have to set the securities again for these users?
