1.  Open Outlook and select email

2.  Select File, Print, select Laserfiche Snapshot as the printer, the preview page goes blank or displays lines on page

3.  If I select a physical printer the preview page shows the email text and is normal

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

I have already tried uninstalling Laserfiche and reinstalling it again without success of solving the problem
