Does Laserfiche 9.2 Support Active Directory Domain controller 2016 ?

I have customer using laserfiche 9.2 and will upgrade to Active directory 2016 Domain Controller , is it supported or not?

Hi,

 

I don't see Server or AD 2016 listed under any of the supported features of 9.2 https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013137/laserfiche-server-9-supported-configurations-  however I do see it listed under 10.2 https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013784/laserfiche-server-10-supported-configurations-  so I'm assuming the system needs to be at least 10.2 in order to support 2016 features, unless AD 2016 is using 2012 technology.

 

Your best bet would be to upgrade to 10.2 to ensure compatibility. smileyyes
