I have a customer that had Laserfiche 10.1 and we had to update them to Update 2 because of a LF scanning issue. In the process of updating their snapshot printer disappeared. I have tried repairing it, modifying it, etc but it does not seem to come back. I was going to try an uninstall and reinstall but is there a way to manually install the snapshot printer? The snapshot config program is present in the start menu.

I'd also need to find how to bring back a missing Snapshot printer queue. Black Ice port is listed in the computer but I can't seem to be able to configure back the printer queue. Tried a repair and a modify of the Laserfiche Client with the Snapshot component selected, to no avail.
Please advise.
