Unable to select form in Retrieve Forms Content Activity

Forms Workflow

I am using multiple Retrieve Form content activities in a workflow which has been working without issue for over a year. I am now updating the workflow to match the form changes. One of the three activities allows me to choose the form and pull in the associated form fields, the other two activities do not. The drop down is no longer there.

Any ideas?

I’ve tried the following:

Create a totally new activity
Move the activity out of parallel processing
Copy the working activity and configure for a different form

If your process only has one form, we don't show the drop-down list because it is unnecessary for filtering fields.

Hi David,

Yes, all three of the production forms in the screenshot are published and currently being used.

I noticed that the one activity does have the forms selection drop down only shows the CIF form, none of the others populate. Prod or DEV versions.

Are the three workflow use same Forms process? If they use different processes, change them to the same process to see it works. And what version of Forms are you using? Can you check whether the variables list of the related processes can appear correctly from Form->Layout?
