Avante full license count mismatch

Customer has 100+ full user licenses in an Avante server. The license count, when the console is accesed from an external pc (i.e. not the lf server) shows 0 and 1 for assigned licenses and Total designated license respectively. Why is this so and how can it be corrected?

Tech support answered today that since v9.2 you have to be part of System Manager node in order to see details on licensing

This can be a sign that the license is invalid or could not be loaded. When you click on the server name in the administration console, do you see "Laserfiche Classic" for the license type?

It reads "Laserfiche Avante" as shown in the attached image.

When LF console is accessed directly in the server, it shows the correct license count, both for total and assigned.
