Snapshot missing pages

I am assisting a user who is snapshotting a document within Laserfiche to another part of Laserfiche.  It is a 10 page Laserfiche tiff document.  It reads that it's printing 10 pages but what actually gets snapshotted is only 1 page out of the 10. 

What could be causing this to happen?  The user has Laserfiche version 8.2.1.750.

Snapshot is used to convert electronic documents to tifs.  It's not really meant to be used as a tool to copy a tiff based document from one part of LF to another. For that, why can't you simply copy it?
