Hello,

A customer asked me if there was any way in workflow or forms to mark a person in the process as being away. The idea is that if you are part of a process, if you're out of the office then there is an automatic escalation or alternate route. Can this be done in the current 10.2 product? If not it might be a good feature suggestion.
