My client recently had an issue where snapshot could not find the current folder even though LF was open. (http://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/113117/The-current-folderdocument-could-not-be-determined-The-client-is-not-running#113383 ) It was resolved when making sure the LF client and snapshot were running as admin, and adding the user to the local admin's group. After these changes the user eventually noticed that IE(not set to run as admin, as far as we can tell) no longer had snapshot open when printing. Chrome(not set to run as admin) seems to work fine. We see the page enter the queue and the leave in a second or two, then no snapshot box comes up or anything. When printing from Chrome the box came up just fine and recognized the current folder. The user is on Windows 10 and LF 9.0.3.798. Has any one else had a similar issue? We have also tried to run IE as admin, but we don't see any option to do so.
