Hello all,

Greetings to all.

This is a general inquiry regarding Digital Signature feature in Laserfiche Mobile applications.

I could see there is a new update in Laserfiche Mobile App. I want to know whether this include Digital Signature feature included.

After updating the application we were not able to find the digitally sign the document option anywhere.

Please find the attachment for the recent update released for iOS devices

Kindly advise on this , as digital signature feature in mobile is the one we are really looking forward to.

Hi Akhil,

Thank you for trying out our new app! We submitted this new 10.2 version to the app store before Thanksgiving. It's got approved earlier than we expected. Some of the new features in the app, including digitally sign repository documents, requires the corresponding 10.2 app server. It will be released in the upcoming Laserfiche 10.2 release, targeted at early January. After upgrade your app server to 10.2, all the new app features will be available.

Hi Akhil,

Laserfiche Mobile 10.2 includes Digital Signature feature. You can digitally sign the document and apply a certificate. We also provide users with the options, such as drawing a signature, attaching an image, signing themselves or capturing an image onto it.

For Windows desktop version, once you open the document you want to sign, you should be able to find the Digital Signature option on the bottom right corner.
