Laserfiche 10: Activation Failed: Timeout Expired

I'm trying to re-activate a Laserfiche 10 instance on a virtual machine that was recently moved.  When I run the Activation tool on that virtual machine, enter my key and press 'validate key', the tool runs for 20 seconds or so and then pops up an error message:

Activation Failed.

Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool.  This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.

 

I don't see anything in the event viewer anywhere, and there is no log file in the Laserfiche/Server directory where I am running the activation pool.

Hi Terry,

This is an issue that we're aware of and are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I'll update the thread again after the matter is addressed.

 

*Edit* - This issue should be addressed. Please let us know if there's still an issue when trying to activate.
