I'm trying to re-activate a Laserfiche 10 instance on a virtual machine that was recently moved. When I run the Activation tool on that virtual machine, enter my key and press 'validate key', the tool runs for 20 seconds or so and then pops up an error message:
Activation Failed.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.
I don't see anything in the event viewer anywhere, and there is no log file in the Laserfiche/Server directory where I am running the activation pool.
