Hi guys,

Just wondering what others do if using Workflow (with Avante) to send an automated email to a recipient outside of the organisation and wanting to maintain some sort of record of the email within the repository in the event that the email send, or content, is ever questioned?  Usually I just set metadata fields as part of the Workflow as I'm not aware of any way of retaining a copy of the email itself, however that isn't a failproof approach in the event that the Workflow is modified and the content of the Email Activity changed.

Obviously the email could be copied to an internal address, but would then require a manual process to upload it back into the repository so isn't guaranteed to happen.

Does anyone have an alternate approach for dealing with this?
