Workflow email reporting?

Is there a way for workflow to show how many e-mails were sent out for a particular workflow? This is in regards to a reporting need and not that the workflow is not working correctly. If not, is there anything else that would give the same information?

Hi Nick,

Since Workflow is set up to only send e-mails out, there's no way to keep track of how many e-mails were sent or if they were sent successfully. However, you could check if there's a way for your mail server to keep track of this information. If you're working with an Exchange environment, this post highlights some helpful tools.

A possible workaround would be to BCC a mailbox that you can monitor as necessary.
