License Manager displays maximum version of Workflow as 8.0

Customer recently updated their RIO Master License in the license manager.  
Now the Maximum version of Workflow displayed went from 9.0 to 8.0.
Is this a cause for concern as they are currently setting up a new LF 10 environment?

Also, is this an issue with the license itself?

Workflow 8.3 and higher does not require a license when connected to a repository running on a Rio or Avante Server. The Workflow 8.0 license is provided for legacy reasons.
