Is it possible to take a participant license and turn it into a full named user?

I'm not really sure what you mean. If you're asking about reducing the number of participant licenses and getting a credit for them when purchasing additional named user licenses, please contact your regional manager for details.

Im asking if its possible to take a participant license and turn it into a named user license. Basically instead of purchasing another named user license i want to see if i can take a participant license and change it over.

No, not without trading it in and getting an updated license.
