failed to obtain a workstation license

One use seems to keep getting this error while using snapshot.  Has anyone seen this error before?

Do they have several Laserfiche windows or other Laserfiche programs open. You can only open so many before it will kick out a licensing error.

I thought it may have been this but the user only has 2 sessions active.

Is Snapshot the third? If it is I would try and have just one Laserfiche session open and then try Snapshot. If it works then you know it is because too many were open.

There was no 3rd session.  I did end up disconnecting the 2 sessions the user had and it did seem to fix the issue.
