Quick Fields Server

Quick Fields Licensing

It has been noticed that Quick Fields Server now is available with any RIO license for customers on support site. Please if possible to know what is the purpose of that while the customer is not licensed for Quick fields and its add-ons.

Hi Dory,

 

I would say that is a mistake, if the customer doesn't have Quick Fields, they shouldn't be licensed for Quick Fields server. I would check with your LF Account manager.

No, it is not a mistake, it is intentional. If you really want a purpose for customers that don't have Quick Fields, it would be a message that saying there is one more reason to get Quick Fields now. wink
