As a VAR we have cases open for different clients and we have to access them on daily basis. Ever since support site was updated we have this issue where we have to select any option twice for it to be updated. e.g
When i change case status to All, and press show it reverts it back to open automatically. I see the change in url but it is never posted to server hence table doesn't get updated. So we have to select All again and press show again for it to work.
Same is happening with Updated Within and Customer list as well.
This restricts us to make one selection at the time which is really frustrating.
Could anyone please confirm if this is happening to you as well.
