When opening a document in WebLink using a URL on a computer, there is no problem accessing it. However, if using an iOS(Safari)/Android(Chrome) device it gives an error message saying that the system encountered an error and could not complete your request. I have checked the event logs on the server and have not found any entries when the error happens. Any ideas what would cause this?

We are using WebLink 9.0.0.252
