Drop Down to select different templates in Snapshot is not visible

Hello,

 

I have a user who is on the client version 10.1.0.151 and has an issue not being able to see the drop down to select another template. They already have a template selected and should have access quite a few other templates as well. I have tested on my machine to confirm even if a user does not have access to any templates, the drop down arrow should still be visible. The user was initially on version 9.1 of the client and was updated to the afformentioned version. I have provided a screen shot of what arrow I am referring to.

Is the dropdown not visible at all, or is it disabled/grayed out?

Can you provide a screenshot of what the user is seeing?

Does the user have read access to the "Minutes & Agendas" template?

Hi Robert,

 

It looks as if it is stuck on that Minutes and Agendas template which the user does not have access to.

We will look into fixing this (bug# 149761). To fix it for your user, delete the registry value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Laserfiche\Snapshot8\Profile\CurrentUser\Template
