Pilot Portal and Participant Forms Authentication

A customer wants to purchase:

  • 25 Rio Named Users
  • Pilot weblink portal
  • And 50 Participant Forms Users.

 

The Participant users want to use Weblink too. Do we need to create two different “usernames &passwords” for each user, One for weblink and one for forms for the users who want to use both applications?

for The Participant users and same user for  Weblink no need to create separate user you can configure AD users for both.

This is not my question Mazahir, I am talking about users with a password (Mainly directory server users).

Laserfiche Directory Server users can have both a Forms participant and a retrieval license, you don't need to have 2 accounts for each.
