Laserfiche support site, can't change password

I logged into Laserfiche support site,  went to my profile and tried to change my password.  When I enter a new password and click update, nothing happens.  I tried 2 different web browsers.   Any ideas?

Hello,

Try to fill in all of the fields (including phone number and time zone) and then try submitting the form again.  If that still doesn't work I would file a support ticket and attach screenshots of what you see in order to resolve the issue.
