Question

Image repair

asked on September 4, 2016

Hi everyone,

I have some questions regarding Quick Fields:

1.Does it provide image repair and enhancements?

2.What is the scalability of the product in terms of typical image volume supported for example number of images per day/month captured and stored?

Ketsia

Hi,

Unfortunately this question doesn't really have a one-size-fits-all answer. You could always increase the volume by getting more workstations but as for what volume is possible for each workstation, it really depends on a number of different factors, such as where you're capturing the images from and what types of processes you plan to run on each page.

Do you have a specific high-volume situation that you're interested in using Quick Fields for? For example, you may want to check out this post if you have a similar situation.

Hi,

  1. Yes, Quick Fields has many different options that can help improve image quality. See here for more details.
  2. Since Quick Fields processes images client-side, it is easily scalable by adding more scan stations.

Hi Tessa,

Thank you for your answer,

Do you have an idea of the number of images per day/month captured and stored that can be supported in terms of volume?
