Snap Shot stops working after printing from Excel a few times

Hello,

 

I have a user who is on Snapshot 10 and are running into an issue that did not happen in previous versions. The users will be in Excel and use Snapshot to print into LF. They are able to succesfully snapshot the document 3 or 4 times but then snapshot stops working and they have to close out of excel and then snapshot will work again. Has anyone else seen this happen in this version? Is there any configuration in snapshot that needs to be made to resolve this issue?

Try bypassing the printer queue and set Snapshot to print directly into LF.

Hello Ray,

 

What steps are needed to be taken to set Snapshot to print directly to LF? Is there an option within snapshot that you can set to do this?
