asked on August 31, 2016

All of our web products are compatible with both software and hardware load balancing solutions.  Most products will require "session affinity" to be enabled on the balancer.

Brian appreciate if you can share any documents supports such technical request if it requires any special setting at LF servers,

The Laserfiche server doesn't need to know how client applications are load balanced.  It will see requests from multiple Web Access instances, but it doesn't care that they are presented to users with the same host name.  There is a lot of information available on the support site, do you have any specific questions?

Fact yes was going to configure NLB cluster to have HA with same LF DB, however I'm not sure how this possible to be done with hardware NLB ... Said so looking for such documentation that could explain, however the main objective is not the load but into HA than load functionality

Attached is the documentation for setting Forms cluster using NLB,  there some known issues for this cluster:

1. The timer start event will be executed multiple times if restart the two Routing Services on different machines after publish the process with timer start event because when restart Routing Service, the timers will be registered on all the Routing Services

2. The  Routing Services will try to synchronize the users at the same time, so one Routing Service will add the users, the second Routing Service will get error when try to add same users
