Product News Doesn't Update - Support Site

asked on August 9, 2016

Hi All,

I've noticed since the support site update, that the product news on the home page doesn't seem to update as often as it used to on the old site. There used to be posts of the latest KB articles etc on the home page. That was a really useful reference for keeping updated. Are there any plans to re-introduce it?

Cheers!

hey Chris. I noticed that too. I just select Knowledgebase (top left image) and then filter by newest articles on KB page. Would be nice to see it back though!

Agree completely! I'm still adjusting and miss the old "master feed" where any new item showed up regardless of type.

Hi Guys,

Just circling back round to this. Is there any chance we can make the product news feed a bit longer? If several updates are released at the same time (which is often the case) it's impossible to know what's missing....

The latest updates show:-

For example here it's impossible to see what else falls under the (3 days ago) umbrella.

Cheers!

Hi Chris,

If you select 'Search the Knowledge Base', there's a selector on the upper right that allows you to sort 'Newest to Oldest'. That will show you the full list beyond the most recent 4.

Further to this Justin, just as an example. Laserfiche 10.2.1 was released but doesn't appear on the support home page.... frown

Any response from Laserfiche on this? Missed another hotfix/service pack release last week on 10.1.
