Update 1 KB article Question

The KB article on the Update 1 for the Laserfiche 10 suite notes numbers after each of the items that have been fixed. I'm assuming those are related to a bug report or what not.

How can I find out what the issue was that was fixed?

Specifically I'm looking at:

Various issues encountered when generating pages from PDFs have been resolved. (144733, 142128, 142203, 143616, 144275, 141155, 143693, 143762, 143804, 144367, 144396, 144501, 144588)

If your reseller opened a case with Tech Support, they would give him the bug reference ID. I only see one case for your company about PDFs (in May 2015) and that was tied to bug ID 115796, which was fixed in the initial release of Laserfiche 10.

If that's not the one, have your reseller contact Tech Support with a description of the issue and they'll see if it matches any of the ones listed in the KB.
