Error while starting Laserfiche

Dear All,

Please note that I did an upgrade from LF 10.0 to LF 10.1.

After installing the LF client 10.1 + the update 1 pack service, am getting this error  while trying to login on Laserfiche 

 

Can anyone help please?

You need to update the machine with all the windows updates first.  Once all windows updates have been applied, apply https://support.microsoft.com/es-mx/kb/2999226 then repair the LF client.

Thanks for the reply,from the link you sent is it this setup that I have to download?

Api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll ?
