Applying latest updates on LF 9.2.1

Hi everyone,

I am currently using LF Client version 9.2.1.562, WF Designer version 9.2.0.167 and Audit Trail version 9.2.0.343.

I need to apply latest updates and patches for the version 9. Can you please advise where I can find the setup for workflow 9.2.1 and the installation server 9.2.1 service pack 2?

Do we have to terminate/complete all the pending workflows prior to applying the workflow pack service?

All KB articles, Help files, and other related documents can all be found on the support page. There you can find product downloads, service pack updates and what not. You can download any file(s) that you or the customer is/are licensed for.

We are about to update our products as well.  I cannot seem to find any instructions on installing Service Pack 2 for Version 9.2.1.  I have the download and the release notes, but no installation help nor best practice advice.  Please point me in the right direction.

Please see if this post is what you're looking for. For service packs or updates, you can just install them normally on top of the existing installation.

For your example, please note that you will already need to have Laserfiche 9.2.1 installed before you can apply Laserfiche 9.2.1 Service Pack 2. You would just need to extract the exe file from the downloaded zip and then run the exe. Because this specific service pack has fixes for the Laserfiche Server, Client, and Administration Console, you'll need to run the exe on the computers that have those applications.
