I have some users that are running into a problem where they print a document to Laserfiche and it is stored with the metadata they just entered, but the pages are not the ones they just printed. Instead, the pages are from a document that had printed previously. The previous document could be from hours ago or days ago. I have not confirmed that the previous document is always the last document they printed, but they claim it is random.

I had them clear the temporary job files under Snapshot config > advanced > delete files. The issue still came back.

I did notice that these users are prompted with a security warning that started appearing around the same time this issue began asking them to allow the black ice driver to access web content.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Not everyone is having this problem. I'm not sure where to go from here.
