Previously in WebAccess and still in the Client, you were/are able to set a Business Process view pane that displayed the business process history automatically when someone pulled up a document. Now, however, it appears you have to select "More" in the metadata pane and then "Processes". Is there a way to make the business process view pane come up automatically every time like it used to? This is very valuable in the invoice approval process that we utilize and people have become very confused having to click through to locate information and also loosing the ability to see the metadata and the business process history at the same time. Thank you.

In Laserfiche 10 WebAccess can you have a business process pane?
Replies
Hi Jackie,
The right pane in Web Access should remember your last selected tab. That means, if the 'Processes' was the last tab you selected, and you sign out of Web Access, 'Processes' will be the default tab displayed in the right pane the next time you sign in.
Also, you can hide the extra tabs if you'd like to make 'Processes' more prominent. Simply go to Display Options in the top right, hover over 'Details', and click to hide/display the various tabs.
Thanks, Ryan. However, previously the Business Process was its own separate pane, so you could actually have it open and the metadata pane open at the same time. Is this no longer an option?
The best way to accomplish this in Web Access 10 if to copy your current Web Access URL, paste it into a second browser window, and 'half-screen' the two windows so you can display Metadata in one and Processes in another.
