Error while upgrading to LF 10

Hi everyone,

I am doing an upgrade for LF and I got this error while installing the LF 10 version.

Did I miss a step before doing the installation?

Hi Ketsia,

Ensure that the user credentials you entered to run the LF server service have enough rights to do so.
