Question

Format issues with overlapping data in the repository (TIFF issues?)

asked on July 18, 2016

We currently have a form with a table and once that form has reached the repository for review the format has obscured possible information from being read.

Given that the TIFF image in the repository needs to be split when under review, it must cut the form. As it has cut the form it has repeated the table columns but has put them right on top of a row that will have information in.

Any solution to this problem?

Can you open a support case with the exported process so that we can check what cause this layout change when save to repository?

Xiuhong,

I have zero idea what a support case is, how to open one or what is meant by the exported process.

I am still having major issues with this though, see attachment.

This issue should have been fixed since Forms 10.0 update 2, if you are still using Forms 9, please check the post here: https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/91161/Formatting-of-Tables-Not-Aligned-When-Saved-in-Laserfiche for the workaround.
