Upgrading from Laserfiche Avante 9.1.1.584. to Laserfiche 10

Hi Everyone,

I have an upgrade to do for a client. I have already downloaded LF 10 iso to install on the client environment.

My question is : Do I have to activate a master licence for my server,administration console etc that is manually upgrade the license and put it on the server or will it be installed automatically when doing the installation? I need the maximum information about this upgrade please. What are the components that I will need for this upgrade, Thanks

Hi Ketsia,

 

To upgrade from 9.2.1 to 10 is easy. Simply run the server installer in place and it will do the upgrade and activation for you as part of the setup. It couldn't be any more simple.

You don't have a master license with Avante, only with Rio so you can ignore that element.
