User receives error [9030] when trying to log into client machine

asked on July 13, 2016

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with a user who is not able to log into their LF Repository. The user receives error 9030 stating that either to many sessions have been made to the repository or they don't have a named user license. This user is able to log into any other machine with the LF client on it and not receive this error. Other users can log onto the machine and log into the LF client with no issue. I have confirmed by using "whoami" in CMD to make sure that the user is showing the same domain and username when logged in on different PC's. There is not issue with to many sessions and the user is licensed correctly. Are there any thoughs as to why the user can log in on one machine but not the other?

Thanks!

Seems like a windows issue. Please take a look at this.
