Question

DocuSign Demo Account

asked on July 11, 2016

I'm trying to use the demo account to test the integration and am not having great luck.

I've changed the Web Access web.config pointers to https://demo.docusign.net as indicated in the comment file and configured Web Access DocuSign service to use the Demo Account API ID and account user/pass.

I've validated the DocuSign account listed under options within Laserfiche.

Whenever I try to send a document from Web Access, I receive this message box.

Is it possible it's not fully pointed at the Demo DocuSign service? What other places should I be concerned with outside of D:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\web.config's two lines?

(I've manually restarted the App Pools after changing the web.config file to be safe.)

Cheers,

Carl

You also need to add the Integrators Key, as I described here.

I too am trying to set up a test VM (10.2) using a VAR license and Docusign 30 day Demo account. I can validate my account email and password okay in Web Access Options/Advanced but I am getting the same username or password error when sending for signature. I am confused in the fact that you say an Integrator's key is req'd but that does not seem to be obtainable under a demo account.

Is an integrator's key tied to a production account the only way to make this work or should just account ID, email address and password function also on a 30 day demo ?

Can you also advise on anything else I can check.

Thanks,
