Multiple Email Accounts for Forms users

Is there a way to assign multiple email accounts to one user?  We have a customer that uses Direct Approval.  Their employees have up to 6 corporate email accounts.  Depending on which device they are using to respond to the Forms email, it may or may not be the same as the one assigned to their Forms Account.  Is there a way to assign multiple email accounts to resolve this issue?
