Add 2 email addresses for 1 Named User Forms or Workflow Attributes

Hi,

 

Is it possible to assign 2 email addresses to one Named User for either Forms or Workflow email attributes?

I have tested using it like this:

gert@test.co.za; gert2@test.co.za

gert@test.co.za, gert2@test.co.za

gert@test.co.za

gert2@test.co.za

 

Please let me know if you have done this before or if there is another way to do it.

Yes, you can have multiple email addresses delimited by semi-colon in the user attribute for repository users in Workflow.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve but you can try using email alias.

An email alias is an alternate address that points to a user's primary address. An email sent to the user's primary address and any email aliases you add, all appear in the user's same Mailbox.

One way i could think of is using email forwarding. Have only one email in the attributes and whenever that inbox gets an email it is also forwarded to the second address.

Would that work for you? I am not sure if mutiple emails per user attribute would work.
