My client is having an issue where when they make changes to a form, they are able to preview it properly, but when they click the publish tab and use the link on that page,(http://lfforms/Forms/2 in this case) the changes haven't taken affect and the date published does not change. They can hide the process, and then re-publish, and the publish date updates, but the actual changes still don't take effect. The user is able to make changes in the form designer, and the changes stick, but the published form never updates. My client is on version 9.2.0.908 of forms.

Couple of things. Are you certain that your link is starting the published form and not some other form. Please try starting the same form from
and see if changes were published.
Does event viewer say anything regarding forms?
Could you please try to change the published link and see if it works.
also, is it only happening with one form or all of the forms?

Have you had the user log out and log back in? I would give that a try if you haven't.

Can you check whether your issue is same as https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/69230/Leaving-a-window-open-while-building-a-form. If do, the workaround for 9.2.0 is to refresh on Edit page after change the form to make sure the changes are saved. This issue has been fixed since 9.2.1
