Laserfiche has launched a new and improved support site to help users and VARs easily find the information needed to make the most of their Laserfiche systems!
Site updates include:
- An easy-to-navigate homepage featuring knowledge base articles, Laserfiche Answers and the Video Gallery—a brand new user training resource
- The ability to filter searches for resources based on the product and version the resource is associated with. For example, in the screenshot below, the user can search for a resource associated with a specific version of Laserfiche Workflow: Note: This filtering feature was not available in the previous version of the Support Site.
- A new share button that enables users to instantly email a resource to their colleagues:
- Improved user experience on the ‘My Profile’ page, including a cleaner UI and faster response times:
