Is it possible that the new version 10.1 was not published for download in EXE format? seems to only be available in ISO.
The product download filtering is an issue we are currently addressing. However, the direct links to non ISO Rio and Avante 10.1 product downloads still work.

Please log out of the Support Site and then log back into it. Then try downloading the installation package again.

Were you logging in from another site and then using SSO to get into the Support Site?
Can you try logging out directly from https://support.laserfiche.com and then log directly back into that same site?
If there's still an issue, then we'll further investigate through a support case with your reseller looped in.

Thanks for walking me thru this - it is working now. I may have gotten to the support site thru LF Answers. Regardless, after logging out of everything and coming back into "support" directly, all looks good.

I've found that by doing a search for -iso I can find what I'm looking for. It's almost as if a download is available in ISO it will default to that one and will not show the other.
So a search for "10.1 -iso" will find all the non iso 10.1 releases.
Yes, they appear to be seeing each other as duplicates in the new search filtering. My understanding is that the rules are going to be tweaked to account for this. In the meantime, you can always find direct links in the announcment articles at: https://support.laserfiche.com/search?q=Laserfiche&category=News.
