Services doesn't run

Hello,

 

I try to install LF10 on a Virtualbox computer but I get an issue when LF try to run services something like "1 or more post-installation actions failed" (sorry but I'm french so I had to translate the error message).

I've tried to run those services manually and get "Error 1053 : The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".

FYI, the Virtualbox computer has Win7 (x86).

Try the following:
Install MS KB2919355 first (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2919355). This is a big update and requires a reboot. Once this has been successfully applied, download and apply MS KB2999226 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226)

Hi Raymond,

thanks for your answer but the host system is win7. MS KB2919355 seems to be for Win 8.1 and above, so I will try just with KB2999226 and let you know.

Note that typically, the issue is because you are missing the VC++ runtime libraries.
