Hi,

I have a workflow which transposes XML data into a fillable PDF form. If I choose to make the content permanent then the fields are visible and print correctly. However, without this option checked the field data is only visible when the field in clicked into but the data does not appear when the field is printed. I've checked that that the properties of the field are correct (visible, printable) but it makes no difference.

If I manually fill out the form using Adobe Reader or Foxit then I can see the field data as normal and it prints so it seems to only affect fields populated by workflow.
