You mean, they need to approve a form in a Forms process?

On our PO doc it has a drop down for 1st approver.  I have created the user, made them a folder/repository for their PO's to be assigned to, but the drop down still has old employee and does not have new user.

I am sure their is a place that i need to add/delete for the form itself......

Hope that helps.

So this is in the Laserfiche Client then? Can you attach a screenshot of what you're looking at?

I would imagine it is in the client......attached is a screen shot of the form and url.  As you can see the drop down offers a list of possible users that are approvers for the PO.  We have so many license for these users.

Oh. LincDoc is not a Laserfiche product, it's a custom application. So you might have to call up your reseller and ask for more details. However, as far as I know, those are Laserfiche metadata fields.  You can look at them in the Laserfiche Administration Console. For list fields in Laserfiche, there are 2 options: static lists or dynamic fields. If it's a static list, you would have to add the new user yourself and delete the old ones. If it's a dynamic field, the Admin Console will point you to the SQL table where it's getting the values from. Then you'd have to track down how that table is supposed to be updated. This part is completely outside of Laserfiche.
